Aubry is the C o-founder of Caribbean Voice Radio an online radio station promoting change and edutainment. He holds a Bachelors of Professional Studies in Human Services and a Masters in Public Administration from Metropolitan College of New York formally The Audrey Cohen College.

 He has traveled to several Islands covering Music Awards, Jazz Festivals and Tourism Product Promotions.

Aubry has experienced tremendous struggles over the years ranging from, family and social ills. He does not consider himself better than anyone else but gives thanks to God for recognizing that the only true promise in the Universe is that God is with you regardless of what transpires in your life. The ultimate question he asks of anyone including himself is when all is said and done in your lifetime, in the midst of chaos are you still standing? As a change agent it is important to navigate crisis and chaos in your life and earn the right to be called CHAMPION. When life gets rough and you lay in bed struggling with wonder as to how tomorrow will work on your behalf, the only one listening is God.

In all things he does God is his inspiration. In these difficult times people need to be educated regarding the concept of CHANGE; it is not conducted in a vacuum.

Aubry has provided personal counseling and consultation to other motivational speakers and coaches over the last couple of years. Such celebrated speakers as Dr. Anita Davis Defoe, of Caribbean Women Today Fame, and has been the Personal Coach of CEO Eve's Creations in Barbados who through his talents and wisdom considers herself blessed for meeting him online. As a result of his tutorship Ms. Maynard has become an Author, Motivator and has produced her own CD and DVD entitled "Life Without Limits".
